Our process is so thorough we can provide a fixed quotation for all work we do. Occasionally there are factors that cannot be fully determined at the time of quotation. For instance, we may not have physically seen the site and so can’t determine our possible involvement in foundations.

In these cases, we provide a break down and allowance to give clients peace of mind that they will not receive any financial surprises. Our priority is that you have a superb experience with us.

We also undertake to uphold our fixed pricing regardless of currency fluctuations.
