For commissions, we break the project down to several stages, so the artist is never out of pocket and, at same time, the client can see what they are getting to their satisfaction at each stage. We prioritise artists so they get paid within 48 hours of a customer’s transfer at each stage and, in the case of international transfers, never longer than seven days.
